Cancellations Policy
- Organizer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of bad weather, the organizer will notify vendors as soon as possible and will strive to postpone the event if conditions permit.
- Other Cancellations: Should Pocket Market decide to cancel the event for any reason, a full refund of the application fee will be provided.
- Vendor-Initiated Cancellations:
- Notice Requirement: Vendors wishing to cancel their application must notify Pocket Market in writing within 7 working days of confirming their stall space to obtain a refund of the stall fee. Vendors are eligible for a refund if they cancel within 7 days of paying the market fee.
- Refund Policy: Pocket Market is under no obligation to refund the stall fee if the cancellation notice is not provided within the specified 7 working days.Vendors are eligible for a refund if they cancel within 7 days of paying the market fee.
For those requesting a power site:
Power supplied from the building is available for up to three stalls only and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If all three power sites have been taken, you are still welcome to participate. In that case, please provide your own power source.
If you will be bringing your own power, please select "Stall Holder" when registering. There is no need to select "Stall Holder + Power."
If you plan to use electricity (whether from the building or your own power source), please let me know in advance so I can plan the site layout accordingly.
